Student Success Director
Jessica is honored to serve as the Scholarship & Student Success Director at the Washington Apple Education Foundation. With extensive experience in education, student support, and organizational leadership, Jessica is dedicated to helping students achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential.
Before joining WAEF in 2025, Jessica spent over a decade working in early learning and higher education programs, focusing on equitable access, student success, and family engagement. Her career has been defined by a commitment to building strong relationships and fostering inclusive opportunities for growth and achievement.
Jessica holds a master’s degree in business and an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree from Grand Canyon University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in education from Trinity. She brings a blend of strategic insight, compassion, and collaboration to her role, guiding students through their college journeys and beyond.
She is married to Arlando, and together they have four children: Avalyn, Bryn, Ariah, and Riley. Jessica enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and supporting community initiatives that strengthen education and opportunity across Washington.
