The Washington Apple Education Foundation (WAEF) is the charity of the tree fruit industry providing access and support for young people to attend college and graduate ready to launch their careers. WAEF is funded by tree fruit industry members and individuals that believe in making a difference. We are currently supporting 350 students in college with annual scholarships in excess of $1 million.

We need a team member to be part of this exciting adventure with us!

The Washington Apple Education Foundation has an immediate opening for an individual to join our team as an Office & Data Manager. This individual will focus on data management utilizing multiple software systems, donor & student record maintenance, meeting & event logistics, bookkeeping, and office supplies and systems.

We are seeking an individual with technical skills that can independently operate multiple data management software programs, is detail-oriented, service-oriented, and enjoys being part of a high functioning team.

Though many functions of this position occur regularly throughout the year, there will be periods that are busier than others due to scholarship application and event cycles.

The position is based out of our Wenatchee office. Flexibility exists for hours. We anticipate the majority of work hours being spent in our physical office.
