WAEF is led by an all-volunteer Board of Directors drawn from the tree fruit industry and its communities across our region and supported by a dedicated staff team that carries out the foundation’s daily work.

The board provides strategic direction, fiduciary oversight and thoughtful accountability while helping ensure WAEF remains closely connected to the people and purpose at the heart of our work.
