Marketing Manager/Office Assistant – Valley Tractor and Rentals

Job Profile
1.    Coordinate VT marketing efforts and proposals.  
a.    Identify, measure, and present target market segments, demographics, market share, and desired results of marketing proposals and campaigns.  Initiate approved marketing campaigns to achieve desired results while operating within VT budget.
b.    Prepare annual budget and classification breakdown (Advertising, Community Sponsorships, Website and Social Media).  Track on a monthly basis.
c.    Work with local and regional media representatives to design print ads, slogans, and commercials.  Coordinate specific ad messages to run during seasonal advertising efforts and across multiple media outlets.
d.    Coordinate use and submit for reimbursements of manufacturer Co-op funds.
e.    Coordinate and oversee trade show, fair and public display operations.
f.    Assist departments in keeping showroom /store displays, banners, pricing clean and current.
g.    Manage/order  VT merchandise (hats, shirts etc)

2.    Customer Satisfaction Reports
a.    Oversee the customer satisfaction program.  Track Kubota survey results. Coordinate the measurement of customer satisfaction from point of sale, parts and service support, and “customer for life” objectives.

3.    Website/Social Media
a.    Work with all departments to keep website fresh and current.  
b.    Maintain Face book/social media pages.

4.    Donation Committee
a.    Participate on donation committee to determine donations to various community groups within budget. 

5.    Office Assistant
a.    Assist with phones as necessary.  Direct calls to appropriate department
b.    Assist office staff with credit apps, Kubota Insurance forms and contracts-TBD

6.    Hours
a.    Monday –Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, hour lunch
b.    Some Weekends/Evenings for trade shows and community events as needed.  (Set up and coordination-booth coverage done by salesmen). 

Salary, Benefits and Terms
1.    Base Salary DOE
2.    Employee Year End Bonus based on dealership profitability

5.    Vacation/Personal Sick Leave:  Accrues up to two weeks/year until 2 year Anniversary, 3 weeks after that.
