We will host our second adult English As A Second Language (ESL) Forum on Friday, March 25th at Central Washington University in Ellensburg. The forum is open to providers of adult ESL in central Washington.
Past participants included industry employers, churches, community volunteer led efforts and area non-profits. Participants were from Okanogan, Chelan, Grant and Yakima counties.
The event on March 25th builds on information shared at the first event though is open to new participants. The focus of the spring event is overcoming barriers to attendance, a central issue shared by providers. The forum will be facilitated by Aaron Parrott, Director of Transitional Studies at Wenatchee Valley College.
To learn more about the forum or reserve a seat, contact the Washington Apple Education Foundation at (509) 663-7713 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
