25th Anniversary Monthly Giving Program

The Washington Apple Education Foundation (WAEF) Student Stewardship Program serves WAEF students beyond financial support by means of social, emotional, and academic development. WAEF provides students with opportunities throughout the school year to engage in these activities. Regional dinners and holiday dinners are held to check in with students at significant points during the school year. Career tours are held over the holiday and summer break as a method of introducing students to the vast opportunities within the tree fruit industry. Summer workshops, prior to the scholarship luncheons, provide students with information about finances, health, employment preparation and more!

We need your help.

Annually the number of WAEF students increases and so do the costs that are incurred to provide these students with support towards retention and degree completion. This year, WAEF supported over 300 students. With the 25th Anniversary of WAEF occurring in 2019, we ask you to join us and donate a minimum of $25 a month to WAEF scholars.

$25 per month supports the cost of a student’s
annual stewardship activities.
